Most of the jewelry designs are one-of-a-kind, although similar reproductions can be made on many items. If your favorite is a one-of-a-kind or currently out of stock, please send requests for re-orders or to check if we can design one just for you. Custom jewelry is handcrafted upon receipt of the order. * All Custom Orders are Final Sales.
We accept payments through Paypal. No account is required. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and check card are accepted. We accept purchases from United States and Canada only. For International orders, please contact me at 919-721-6344 or firstname.lastname@example.org Cashiers Check or Money Orders accepted. These must be received before items are mailed.
Most items will ship in 3-5 business days, but please be mindful that each jewelry design is hand crafted. Custom orders and special requests are available and may take longer depending on bead availability. Please allow adequate time for processing and shipping. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class for a flat rate fee of $6.95. If you prefer overnight or express shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order.
As we take pride in the quality of our designs, the jewelry on this site may be returned for repairs within 30 days at no cost provided that all the beads are returned, otherwise a small fee may be incurred. If an item was damaged in shipment or due to our negligence, we will repair at no cost. Please call before returning an item to obtain a return authorization, otherwise the package cannot be accepted.
